2. Quotations

All quotations provided by Total Renovation Singapore are:

  • Valid for the period stated in the quotation.
  • Subject to site inspection where required.
  • Subject to material availability and market price fluctuations.

Additional work requested after quotation approval may incur extra charges.

3. Scope of Work

The scope of work will be clearly outlined in the approved quotation, agreement, or work order.

Any variation, addition, or modification requested by the client after work has commenced may:

  • Affect project timelines.
  • Result in additional charges.
  • Require revised quotations.

4. Project Scheduling

Project commencement dates are subject to:

  • Site readiness.
  • Material availability.
  • Necessary approvals and permits.
  • Weather conditions for outdoor works.

While we strive to complete all projects on schedule, delays beyond our reasonable control may occur.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the project.
  • Grant reasonable access to the property during working hours.
  • Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas.
  • Obtain any necessary approvals from relevant authorities, management offices, MCSTs, Town Councils, or landlords where applicable.

Total Renovation Singapore shall not be responsible for delays caused by unavailable site access or missing approvals.

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be specified in the quotation or service agreement.

Payments may include:

  • Deposit before commencement.
  • Progress payments for larger projects.
  • Final payment upon completion.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work until payment is received.

7. Materials

Where materials are supplied by Total Renovation Singapore:

  • We will use materials agreed upon in the quotation.
  • Equivalent alternatives may be used if original products become unavailable.
  • Material colours and finishes may vary slightly from samples due to manufacturing differences.

8. Warranty

Workmanship warranties, if provided, apply only to the specific work stated in the quotation or agreement.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or third parties.
  • Structural movement of buildings.
  • Water leaks originating from external sources not repaired by us.
  • Existing defects not disclosed before project commencement.

Warranty claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • Total Renovation Singapore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant services.
